The story tells about a middle aged man, Joel and a 14-year old girl Ellie as they travel across a post-pandemic United States.During their journey, Joel and Ellie will encounter different factions of survivors that found their own way of adapting to the pandemic.Game play in The Last Of Us focuses on stealth, game play ,and hand to hand combat.You need to use stealth to avoid combat with the Clickers, people who infected for a long time.There are also human enemies who are smart by working together.Ammunition is scarce, you won't find ammo laying around often which tends to make the game more challenging.In addition, you will be able to craft items using tapes,scissors,bandages,etc. to help you in the game.The game's cut scenes are done neatly and feels that you are watching an actual survival movie.
In conclusion, Naughty Dog's The Last Of Us is outstanding.It's game play,graphics, and voice acting combine to make it a Game Of The Year 2013 contender.
