Set in a futuristic 2007, you take the role of Mark IV Cyber Commando, Sargent Rex Power Colt as he attempts to overthrow Colonel Sloan and his cyborg army, the Omega Force, from reverting the world to a prehistoric state.Gameplay is similar to Far Cry 3, where play in a first person perspective in an open world environment.This time, however, you are armed with heavy weaponry, high powers explosives, and Rex's signature knife.Side missions consists of saving scientists, killing rare animals, and more which keeps the fun going.You are awarded with cyber points instead of Far Cry 3's experience points, which helps you unlock collectables and more.The soundtrack is definitely 80's and gives of some memorable and great tracks to remember.Also, you do not need a copy of Far Cry 3 to play Far Cry 3 : Blood Dragon, its available for 14.99 on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
Far Cry 3 : Blood Dragon is one of the best and funniest DLCs out there.At 14.99, there is no reason why to pass on it.
