inFamous: First Light, the standalone expansion features inFamous: Second Son supporting character Fetch as the main star.Focusing on her powers and rather dark past while also exploring different areas, is it worth the $14.99 value?


Story- You Play as Abigail "Fetch" Walker, a supporting character in Second Son, as her origin story unfolds.Fetch's story has a bit of darker approach compared to Delsin's. We see her interacts with the D.U.P head, Brooke Augustine, which is quite interesting.Also, making an appearance is Fetch's brother, Brent, who plays an important role in Fetch's life.

Enjoy your powers, Fetch.

Gameplay- Similar to Second Son, you'll be able to freely navigate through areas and complete side-missions.Although the karma option is unavailable, Fetch is capable of making her own decisions.The only power you have is neon, which is great since Fetch masters it quite well.There are some few, but interesting side-missions that include: racing, tracking down drones, and collecting hidden Lumens.

First Light features some great new
areas and challenges.

 There are lots of challenges in First Light, mainly the battle arenas.Each wave of enemies will have you chaining combos, shooting neon, and using many more of Fetch's arsenal of neon-based weapons.If you have an inFamous: Second Son save file, you can play as Delsin.It's a great addition to the game, which adds replay-value.


Visuals & Sound- The visuals are similar to   Second Son, only with more neon.Much hasn't changed in terms of visuals, there are some new areas that features some really great visuals (mainly the last act).Voice acting is great as always.Voice actress Laura Bailey does a great performance as Fetch, which fits well to the atmosphere that Sucker Punch created.

The visuals are stunning as always.

Overall- inFamous: First Light is worth it's value.Fetch is a well-written and strong character and her dark story is interesting.Also, the side-missions and challenges are entertaining.If you're looking for more inFamous, then look no further.
